However, on certain occasions, you may experience issues with our products, and services. However, our refund policy assures you a positive response when you request for refund.
You get a full refund when:
- When you don’t receive the order within 30 days, you get a full refund. Due to the current Covid-19 crisis, we have increased this time span to 90 days.
- When you get products past their expiry dates.
Please note: We do not offer a full refund if you provide us incorrect shipping address or if you fail to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. In such cases, we offer re-shipment.
How to request for re-shipment
- Before you request for re-shipment, use our tracking tool to check on your order status.
- Contact the customer care team. We will do the follow-up and if the post office is unable to deliver your parcel, we will re-ship it for free or initiate a full refund as per your request.
- To claim a refund, write us an email (email@example.com) including your order number.
Please note: The refund amount will be credited to your credit card account in 14 working days.
Order cancellations when:
Payment not confirmed
We only process orders which have been paid in advance. If you have not to pain for the products, you are not eligible to cancel the order. If the payment is declined, place a new order.
Payment is confirmed
You can cancel the order within 2 hours of placing it. You need to connect with our customer service team and provide them with the order number. You are requested to provide a legit reason for canceling the order.
